January 7, 2022
Franklin County Cattlemen’s is gearing up for our 2022 Cattlemen’s Banquet and we will be back at the Red Lion on February 26th!! It is our hope to have everyone submit correct contact and payment information for all sponsors this year to simplify the check in process.
Attached is a detailed form we need returned for your 2022 sponsorship. We ask that all sponsorships and table sponsors be submitted by February 5, 2022, with full payment. Tickets will be mailed back to you for you to disburse.
Once again, it has been difficult to get payment on auction items, so we will be using the numbering system again. You will only be able to bid (both silent and live) if you have a bidding number, please check the auction box on the form and fill in your information for this and you will be assigned a number. We kindly ask that if your guests plan on bidding that night, that they complete and return the form as well. Extra copies are included. If you are uncomfortable mailing your information, you can call Debbie Wieseler at 509-760-0862 and she will take this over the phone. There will be an opportunity to complete this when you arrive as well, but we are hoping to alleviate congestion at the door by having a pre-registration.
Franklin County Cattlemen’s is accepting auction items if you choose to do so. We are more than happy to pick up the item(s) whenever it’s convenient for you and will gladly accept items the day of the banquet. You can contact any of our board members to make arrangements for pick up.
We appreciate your continued support of Franklin County Cattlemen’s and look forward to a fun night in February. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have further questions. Below are contacts and their phone numbers for your convenience.
