Applications are now available in the high school counselor’s office or with your FFA instructor, 4H leader or can be requested by mail from Cindy Hayes at the address listed below for the Franklin County Cattlemen’s Association Scholarship. One $3,000.00 scholarship will be awarded annually.  Based on the number of qualified applicants the possibility of a 2^nd and/or 3^rd scholarship may be awarded. Click here for more info
